What you will do
- Act as operational deputy to the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team and support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate annual compensation and bonus reviews, including timelines, communications, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Consolidate and analyse HR and financial data to produce KPIs, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
- Lead compensation-related projects and improve, document, standardise, and automate operational processes.
- Coordinate long-term incentive plan administration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Monitor data quality, governance, controls, risks, deadlines, and delivery across multiple functions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 5+ years of professional experience.
- Background in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, HR Operations, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical function.
- Experience managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management, deadline discipline, analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to work in an international environment and deliver recurring processes accurately and on time.
Nice to have
- Exposure to international compensation processes, compensation and benefits, or HRIS management.
- Experience with continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
