HR & Payroll Support Specialist (HR administration and payroll): Supporting regional HR operations, payroll coordination, HR systems, and payroll migration projects across multiple countries with an accent on France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Focus on resolving payroll and time-and-attendance queries, verifying data, and coordinating implementation activities with Payroll teams.
Location: Cergy, France, with office attendance 3 days per week; remote work is available if based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Poland.

What you will do
- Support daily HR administration and regional HR business partner activities.
- Operate HR systems, programs, and related processes.
- Coordinate with Payroll teams on payroll queries, variable pay elements, and follow-up activities.
- Provide technical support for time-and-attendance systems.
- Support payroll processes across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and other countries within scope.
- Contribute to payroll migration projects through requirements clarification, reporting, and data verification.
Requirements
- College or university degree, preferably in HR or Economics.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience with payroll exposure.
- Experience with payroll software and payroll practices in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
- French and English are mandatory.
- Comfort working with HRIS, strong MS Office skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work from the Cergy office 3 days per week, or to be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Poland for remote work.
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills.
- Workday and SAP experience.
