What you will do

• Create and revise electrical drawings for manufacturing.
• Update drawings to meet current production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, and criteria.
• Use in-house programs to create and store drawings.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment.

Requirements

• CAD training.
• Applicable certification from a technical or vocational training institution.
• 1–2 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• Basic knowledge of commonly used mechanical symbols, practices, and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and sit or stand for up to 95% of work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility are required, including exposure to seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fumes.
