What you will do
- Monitor economic, technical, and social market trends for assigned categories, sub-categories, and suppliers.
- Support worldwide category strategy implementation and develop country-level strategies with global category managers.
- Analyze categories and research alternative suppliers, prices, products, and services.
- Identify savings and improvement opportunities, including value analysis, value engineering, and localization initiatives.
- Manage compliant supplier selection, release, award, and decision processes.
- Conduct complex supplier contracts in collaboration with legal, country plants, and category managers.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English required.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate SAP skills.
