Security Scheduling Manager - Live Nation/Crossroads Venues Boston

Location: Cambridge, MA, USA; onsite work at live entertainment venues with flexible availability for days, nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate security staffing for every event across the Crossroads venue portfolio.
• Monitor payroll and submit accurate hours for timely processing.
• Manage staffing levels, attendance, peak-season backup hiring plans, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate employee training schedules and monitor compliance with company requirements.
• Issue venue credentials and invoices, maintain inspection, incident, and claims records, and oversee venue gear delivery.
• Occasionally work security manager shifts.

Requirements

• 1+ year of administrative experience and 2–3+ years of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, deadline management, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Previous ABIMM (TMSS) experience preferred, or 5+ years of experience with a similar system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, stressful environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to sit, type, walk, and occasionally lift 25+ pounds using proper techniques.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience recognizing valid IDs, working in live music, or using metal detection equipment.
• Self-defense training, EMT experience, or another medical background.
