[GRC] Principal/Lead Crypto Capital Risk Engineer

What you will do

• Build risk control capabilities for cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, wallet transactions, signing pipelines, staking and redemption, and cross-chain bridge transfers.
• Design and implement blockchain transaction risk strategies covering risk identification, rule validation, anomaly interception, and pipeline consistency.
• Build a unified risk control decision engine with rule engines, decision trees, and strategy orchestration.
• Collaborate with wallet, asset, and security teams to improve fund-pipeline security, traceability, and system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in Go or Node.
• Experience with high-concurrency architectures, including microservices, message queues, caching, rate limiting, MySQL, and Redis.
• Proficiency with at least one public blockchain, such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or BSC, and familiarity with on-chain querying through Web3, Ethers, or The Graph.
• Ability to read Solidity contract code and knowledge of HD wallets, multi-signature wallets, MPC, signing mechanisms, and transaction validation.
• 5+ years of risk control development experience in internet, finance, blockchain, or payments, including rule engines or decision trees and deposit/withdrawal risk control systems.

Nice to have

• Risk control experience at platforms handling tens of millions of daily active users or millions of daily transactions.
• Experience responding to major security incidents, including hacking attacks, coin theft, or fund anomalies.
• Experience building a risk control system from scratch.
