Senior Legal Counsel - Core (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Provide pragmatic legal advice and partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Onboarding, Lifecycle, and other operational teams.
• Develop template contracts, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources, with a focus on the EOR product.
• Research new products and laws across multiple jurisdictions, identifying legal risks and opportunities.
• Lead complex legal projects, escalations, litigation, and collections matters when required.
• Manage relationships with local counsel and collaborate with Legal Operations on efficiency and AI projects.
• Mentor, train, and support junior legal team members.

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced lawyer with extensive legal practice experience, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Experience working autonomously and leading complex legal projects.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior legal professionals.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability and willingness to learn different legal systems and employment laws across global jurisdictions.
• Ability to work with Slack, contract management systems, Notion, Google Drive, and task management tools.
