Staff Frontend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the development of complex product features and frontend systems using Angular and React.
• Architect scalable, reusable frontend patterns and improve product quality and engineering velocity.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, UI architecture issues, and scalability risks in large-scale web applications.
• Drive engineering practices for testing, observability, code quality, and maintainability.
• Own delivery of large initiatives while balancing immediate product needs with long-term technical health.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams and domains.

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in Angular and React.
• Strong command of TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience building reusable component systems and scalable frontend application structures.
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and large-scale web applications.
• Experience leading major technical initiatives, influencing across teams, and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or related frameworks.
