Senior Frontend Developer (Angular)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible front-end applications for the Yearbook Technology platform using Angular.
• Build reusable, well-tested UI components and design-system elements using modern Angular patterns, including Signals.
• Develop interactive canvas-based editing experiences such as drag-and-drop layouts and image manipulation.
• Implement responsive styling, client-side state management, and integrations with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build automated unit, component, and end-to-end tests; optimize rendering-heavy interfaces and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams, and mentor junior front-end engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of professional front-end software development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with current Angular versions, Angular Signals, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with state management, RESTful APIs, backend services including Java, and automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Jasmine/Karma.
• Knowledge of WCAG and ARIA-compliant UI development, front-end performance optimization, and component-driven development tools such as Storybook.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with React.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and utility-first styling.
• Experience with FabricJS or comparable canvas/WebGL libraries such as Konva.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
