What you will do

• Architect and deliver high-quality ReactJS solutions, translating complex UI/UX designs into production-ready applications.
• Shape and evolve the core design system while championing best practices in modularity, semantic code, and performance tuning.
• Define clean API contracts and integration roadmaps in collaboration with backend and DevOps teams.
• Lead systematic refactoring efforts to ensure long-term scalability, reliability, and accessibility (a11y).
• Provide technical mentorship to other engineers to elevate overall engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of professional software development, with 5+ years specializing in large-scale ReactJS and Redux applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, ES6+, and advanced state management.
• Proven experience building complex UIs, data-heavy dashboards, and advanced data visualizations (e.g., D3.js).
• Deep expertise in developing unit, integration, and E2E testing suites using Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Track record of designing enterprise UIs emphasizing high availability and a seamless global user experience.
• Demonstrated active exploration and integration of AI tools into daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience in performance optimization using lazy loading, code splitting, and tree shaking.
• Familiarity with backend development principles and practical experience using Node.js.
