Principal Software Development Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Architect and deliver production-grade React applications by translating complex UI/UX designs into robust web interfaces.
• Shape and evolve the core design system while promoting modularity, semantic code, automated testing, accessibility, and frontend performance.
• Define API contracts and integration roadmaps with backend engineering teams.
• Partner with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Lead refactoring initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, maintainability, and the global user experience.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to frontend engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years with large-scale production React and Redux applications.
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, ES6+, and advanced state management.
• Experience building complex user interfaces, data-heavy dashboards, and advanced data visualizations such as D3.js.
• Deep expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing with tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale enterprise interfaces with high availability and strong performance.
• Active exploration and integration of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, and other frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with backend development principles and Node.js for API integration, tooling, and debugging.
• Experience architecting modular solutions for multi-tenant enterprise applications.
