Reliability Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment uptime through reliability initiatives.
• Move maintenance programs from reactive approaches toward preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Develop and track KPIs measuring equipment downtime and reliability improvements.
• Create daily operator maintenance tasks using total productive maintenance principles.
• Introduce and manage systems such as CMMS.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance teams, operators, third-party maintenance providers, and Operations Managers.

Requirements

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLCs, HMIs, robots, and CNC machines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
