IT Project Manager

Location: United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.

Salary: $95,000–$118,600 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and Agile teams.
• Track project progress, velocity, resource utilization, risks, issues, costs, and dependencies.
• Manage scope and schedule changes through project governance processes.
• Communicate project status and reporting clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience managing telecommunications projects, such as network deployment, OSS/BSS, infrastructure, or digital services.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States is required; OPT, TN, H1B, and other future employer-sponsored work visas are not accepted.
• Hands-on experience managing projects in JIRA, with Confluence and Agile dashboards, plus strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Knowledge of SAFe roles, events, and artifacts, including PI Planning, ARTs, and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Experience with IT compliance, M&A, data conversions, or telecom systems and infrastructure.
