Technical Engineer (ATM Technology Platforms)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, install, configure, maintain, and support vendor-provided ATM applications and technology platforms.
• Review infrastructure, develop technical documentation, and implement solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
• Manage software deployments, release processes, vulnerability remediation, patching, platform upgrades, and operational stability.
• Develop automation for software installation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, and platform issues across integrated systems.
• Coordinate with internal technology and business teams, external vendors, and less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• At least six years of combined higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, or architecture.
• Experience in technical, infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications and platforms.
• PowerShell or Batch scripting experience, plus software deployment and release management experience.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation, patch management, complex troubleshooting, and Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, regulated industries, ATM or TCR platforms, or self-service banking technology.
• Experience with Diebold, NCR/Atleos, Hyosung, or similar ATM technology vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, Group Policy, endpoint management, server/client and virtual technologies, HTML, and CSS.
