Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office

Annual base salary: $153,000–$230,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and complex Flows.
• Automate business operations and improve enterprise Quote-to-Cash cycles and CPQ performance.
• Architect secure REST and SOAP API integrations, OAuth implementations, and AppExchange connections with third-party systems.
• Resolve technical bottlenecks, monitor system stability, and manage CI/CD releases using GitHub and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering peers to turn business needs into technical specifications.
• Mentor team members on platform best practices, code standards, and governance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering scalable custom Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On, and CPQ platforms.
• Proficiency with GitHub, modern deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience providing high-severity production support and solving complex technical problems.
• Ability to independently establish execution methods and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external technical networks.
• Work from the Santa Clara office is expected in accordance with company policy.
