Sports Photographer (Video Production)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite at KOIN-TV studios

What you will do

• Shoot video and sound for sports and news coverage.
• Set up, compose, and execute broadcast-quality video productions.
• Edit video for television broadcasts, streaming platforms, websites, and social media.
• Operate live microwave and satellite trucks and transmit live content.
• Partner with reporters to develop creative, visually appealing, and impactful stories.
• Maintain assigned cameras, lighting equipment, vehicles, and other production equipment while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in broadcast television.
• At least 2 years of experience operating video recording equipment, including Sony cameras.
• Excellent lighting, camera, production, video editing, oral, and written communication skills.
• Fluent English and a high school diploma.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and any shift.
