Full Stack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote across the US, Canada, and Latin America; primary hiring location is Canada

Salary: $75,000–$265,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a Series B fintech SaaS company building a complex B2B product.

What you will do

• Build and scale end-to-end production systems for the B2B product.
• Own features from conception through launch and iteration.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions.
• Build shared abstractions and intuitive experiences for complex products.
• Improve engineering quality through code reviews, clear communication, and pragmatic technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building end-to-end production systems for B2B products.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency with Node.js and Python.
• Experience with Postgres, MongoDB, Google Cloud Platform, and data pipelines or ETL processes.
• Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder, with a pragmatic and high-agency approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and observability tools such as Datadog.
• Exposure to FP&A, fintech, or data integration domains.
