What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Drive strategic enrollment and onboarding initiatives across digital banking channels.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, UX, and business stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership for full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, and modern web technologies.
• Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, and cross-team coordination.
• Support cloud modernization, digital transformation, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and test automation.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including 4 years in engineering or architecture and 3 years in leadership.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, API, and microservices expertise.
• Experience with Angular and/or React development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience leading large initiatives; cloud-native architecture and Kubernetes experience are preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of technology management or large program leadership experience.
• Digital banking and customer onboarding experience.
