Staff Data Scientist (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for demand, product, and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
• Develop LLM-powered generative AI and multi-agent systems using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Prototype intelligent assistants that interpret workflows, automate tasks, and generate recommendations for supply-chain planners.
• Integrate autonomous agentic workflows with SAP, Blue Yonder, MES, Dynamics, and other enterprise systems.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and production deployments using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and Engineering teams to scale prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field focused on AI/ML.
• 5–7 years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience designing and deploying LLM or agent-based systems for automation or optimization.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with LangChain, agentic AI frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, GitHub, AWS, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of supply-chain systems and planning processes, including SAP, MES, MEIO, IBP, and factory build planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply-chain or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Neural Prophet and Blue Yonder.
