Software Development Engineer (React/.NET)

Location: On site in Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: USD 135,000–148,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications for internal users.
• Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested full-stack code using React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core.
• Build and support internal tools, intranet applications, automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with SQL and relational databases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
• At least 2 years of professional experience developing back-end services with C# and .NET Core.
• At least 2 years of experience with DevOps or CI/CD tools for secure development and deployment.
• Ability to design RESTful APIs, work with SQL and relational databases, analyze technical challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, listen actively, and incorporate feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.
• Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or modern front-end patterns.
• Understanding of OAuth or JSON Web Tokens for authentication and authorization.
• Experience building tools for internal teams or operational workflows.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
