Software Developer Technical Lead (.NET)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead one or more local or nearshore software development teams.
• Define and build functional and non-functional requirements with IT leadership.
• Design and prototype enterprise solutions focused on security, performance, continuous integration, and code quality.
• Build new capabilities and enhance existing features in the online banking platform.
• Refactor the codebase and improve development practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical leads, development managers, teams, and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack .NET development experience, including Angular or React web applications, REST/SOAP services, and vendor API integrations.
• 1+ year of experience managing or leading technical resources.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed development teams.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, MVC, Angular 10, TypeScript, jQuery, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, and Swagger Docs.
• Experience designing responsive single-page applications, applying Agile methodologies, and using object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
