Graphic Designer (Pitch Deck Presentations)

Location: Remote from home or a personal office, associated with Burbank, California; Monday–Friday West Coast US hours

What you will do

• Design polished layouts for live presentations and PDF distribution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content flow, clarity, impact, and persuasiveness.
• Translate strategic messaging into visual stories that resonate with audiences.
• Create infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements.
• Maintain a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust and ambition.
• Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality while providing fast revisions.

Requirements

• Strong command of PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Ability to produce professional, presentation-ready layouts for multiple formats.
• Deep understanding of persuasive deck structure, including narrative arcs, supporting evidence, and strong conclusions.
• Experience refining slide content and collaborating on messaging aligned with strategic goals.
• Ability to design emotional visual narratives, infographics, and simplified data visuals.
• Availability for quick turnarounds and ongoing project support during West Coast US hours.
