Senior Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person identity verification.

Salary: CAD 80,000–117,700 annual base salary for Canada-based roles; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Strategy, and other stakeholders to define analytical needs and deliverables.
• Analyze customer behavior, product usage, engagement, retention, marketing performance, and operational outcomes.
• Use SQL, Python, Snowflake, visualization tools, and analytical methods to answer business questions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and reusable analyses that support decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Communicate insights through visualizations, written narratives, presentations, and discussions for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, customer analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree, professional credential, or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative, analytical, business, or related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying, combining, validating, and analyzing data in Snowflake or a comparable platform.
• Experience with Python or another analytical programming or scripting language.
• Experience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a comparable tool.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and using generative AI tools to improve analytical, coding, or communication workflows.
