What you will do
- Represent the Head of Training and oversee training delivery at assigned training centers.
- Manage operational data, identify risks and opportunities, and support training-program improvements and change initiatives.
- Monitor training quality, standards, regulatory requirements, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Standards, Quality, Regulatory, and local training teams to maintain consistency across the network.
- Support new training programs, recommend remedial plans, and maintain instructor currency in at least one assigned aircraft model.
- Manage customer feedback and relationships while participating in client training activities for approximately 10% of working time.
Requirements
- Professional pilot license, former professional pilot license, or equivalent aviation operational experience.
- Experience in aviation training management, aviation operations management, or a related regulated aviation environment.
- Working knowledge of aviation regulatory authorities and applicable regulations.
- Ability to manage complex operational and training issues, make decisions independently, and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and internet-based systems.
- Ability to work primarily from the Dallas, Texas or New Jersey training facility; physical ability to sit, stand, use computer and telecommunications equipment for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs. (6.8 kg), and occasionally stoop or squat.

- Experience with training standards, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, change management, and aviation program development.
