Sr. Business Value Consultant (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Participate in customer discovery workshops and understand workflows, intents, handoffs, pain points, and business priorities.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate customer objectives, commitments, and desired outcomes into measurement plans.
• Define value hypotheses, baselines, targets, KPIs, success criteria, assumptions, owners, and data sources.
• Build financial and operational models covering ROI, total cost of ownership, payback, time-to-value, adoption, quality, customer experience, and risk reduction.
• Connect product, usage, billing, financial, and operational data; investigate discrepancies and anomalies before reporting.
• Build value-management dashboards and lead customer value conversations, executive readouts, launch-readiness reviews, and the transition into ongoing Customer Success engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, strategic finance, customer analytics, business operations, business intelligence, or a related customer-facing role in enterprise software, AI, or technology.
• Experience building business cases for CFO-, VP-, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience translating ambiguous business goals into measurable outcomes, baselines, targets, and operating plans.
• Experience with enterprise customer discovery, business-process mapping, workflow analysis, or contact-center and operational baselines.
• Working fluency with product data, usage data, billing or pricing data, and financial or operational modeling.
• Experience using spreadsheets and at least one BI, analytics, or data-querying tool, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
