Salary: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate conventional and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, saws, sanders, blasters, and related hand and power tools.
• Set up machines using appropriate speeds, feeds, tooling, taps, dies, blades, and machine accessories.
• Complete machining and assembly operations with or without planning documents and prints.
• Verify completed work against blueprints, standards, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Solve in-process equipment and tooling challenges and improve existing tooling designs.
• Complete documentation, support cross-training, work with minimal supervision, and participate in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of related machining experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with manual and CNC machines, including lathe and mill setup.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic computer skills, effective communication, manual dexterity, and the ability to meet quality and output requirements.
