Junior Project Manager (Live Entertainment)

Location: New York; office attendance required Monday to Thursday, with the possibility to work from home on Fridays

Salary: Total compensation of approximately $70,000–$75,000 per year, including base salary and potential performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, launch, and manage original events and scalable experiences from end to end.
• Own strategic planning, execution, reporting, and revenue growth for key events.
• Analyze business opportunities and operational inefficiencies, propose improvements, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, engineering, and other departments to deliver events and communicate product and process needs.
• Scale successful events to additional markets by developing and sharing best practices.
• Build relationships with venues, event organizers, brands, agencies, talent, and other partners while representing hirify.global at local events and with local PR.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a consulting background; an events background is not required for this position.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, organizational, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to think strategically, manage parallel workstreams, identify problems, and create solution-focused plans.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, work hands-on, and communicate with event partners and other stakeholders.
• Curiosity, adaptability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
