Senior Learning & Culture Manager

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week at the Hammersmith, London office; occasional on-site support at race weekends.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and deliver business-wide learning and development initiatives aligned with corporate strategy, using learning analytics to measure impact.
• Design and facilitate leadership workshops, line manager training, and one-to-one coaching for senior stakeholders.
• Lead talent and succession planning with the Chief People Officer and support a high-performing talent culture.
• Guide Equity, Diversity & Inclusion delivery, employee experience initiatives, new joiner Brand Immersion, away days, and inclusive leadership training.
• Manage AI tool adoption, skills development, and the transition to secure, scalable workflows across departments.
• Run the annual performance review cycle, early careers programs, compliance training, and People Team support at selected race weekends.

Requirements

• Proven experience building L&D strategies, career frameworks, performance management systems, and line manager development programs.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, sports, event, broadcast, motorsport, technology-driven, or similar environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience directly managing HR, L&D, or change management specialists.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and LMS platforms, including HiBob.
• Experience running and tracking compliance systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in motorsport, major events, broadcast, sports properties, or global technology businesses.
• Experience overseeing digital transformation or AI change initiatives.
