What you will do
- Own governance and oversight for multiple complex managed-service contracts.
- Evaluate contracts and monitor performance against KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor contract compliance and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Draft non-disclosure agreements, change-control documents, framework schedules, and other contract materials.
- Manage performance and financial statistics while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of managed services and experience in account management, contract performance, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong customer service, business management, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience handling complex projects and multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
- Evidence of creating and executing strategic plans and managing contract performance.
- Understanding of public procurement and supplier management in a laboratory setting.
- Ability to travel 70% and spend dedicated days at SWLP offices; a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
