Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; residence in or ability to relocate to the assigned geographic region is required. Frequent travel within the U.S., including overnight and weekend travel, is expected.

What you will do

  • Guide and assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures by providing clinical and technical support.
  • Represent the company in hospitals and operating rooms, ensuring the correct equipment is available and functioning.
  • Troubleshoot physician and customer needs and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
  • Provide operating room and sterile processing consultation.
  • Maintain, track, deploy, and transport instruments, implants, and equipment across the assigned territory.
  • Share customer and procedural insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams and prepare sales documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree/medical certification with at least two years of professional experience, or at least four years of professional experience; recently transitioned military personnel may also qualify.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary, including frequent overnight and weekend travel.
  • Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the company.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating room environment, with a valid U.S.-issued driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical-thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and basic surgical procedures; technical knowledge of surgical instruments and protocols is preferred.
