hirify.global is establishing a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland focused on propulsion systems and broader aircraft engineering activities.

What you will do

• Define the integration of engine and nacelle systems with hirify.global aircraft.
• Investigate turbomachinery, engine, and nacelle systems, including icing accretion and thermal behaviour.
• Develop integration solutions that balance performance, safety, operability, acoustics, weight, cost, and durability.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including requirements and design descriptions.
• Perform verification and validation activities and prepare certification and compliance demonstration dossiers.
• Coordinate technical topics with engine and nacelle suppliers and provide technical support to internal departments.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design or systems integration.
• Negotiation-level English required.
• Knowledge of aeronautics and certification frameworks such as CS-25 and CS-E.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, turbomachinery, and/or mechanical systems.
• Collaborative, open-minded, customer-focused, proactive, and autonomous approach.
