Consultant, WalkMe Specialist, Experience Design (WalkMe)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Develop WalkMe in-app guidance supporting digital adoption, communications, and training for banking centre applications.
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and Training and Development to assess application challenges and deliver guidance on time.
• Plan, design, build, update, and improve WalkMe solutions for new features and functionality.
• Create application-specific content guidelines and ensure content meets editorial, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate content translation through an approved vendor and troubleshoot technical implementation limitations.
• Share WalkMe product knowledge and support prioritization and assignment of project-based initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in technical writing, communications, or editing.
• Digital fluency and ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and trends.
• Strong collaboration, communication, consultation, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to deliver results.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
