Associate Relationship Manager II (Finance)

What you will do

• Review loan documentation before closing and communicate deficiencies or problems to the appropriate parties.
• Serve as the primary resource for an ARM I.
• Review loans, lines of credit, and other credit facilities for compliance with bank policy.
• Administer customer portfolios and develop an understanding of clients’ businesses and needs.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and support commercial lenders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a financial analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 6 hours of Accounting coursework or equivalent graduate-level coursework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of personnel.
• Ability to work in a team environment and proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.

Nice to have

• Coursework emphasizing financial statement analysis.
• At least 9 hours of Accounting, including Intermediate Accounting I, or equivalent graduate-level coursework.
