Minneapolis Business Performance Improvement Intern - 2027

Location: Minneapolis, United States. Hybrid work combines in-person work in the local office and on client sites with remote work; interns must be available in the designated location during business hours for the full internship.

Salary: $28–$38 per hour

What you will do

• Support client engagements addressing complex business performance challenges.
• Contribute to finance performance management, financial reporting remediation and compliance, people and change, or supply chain and operations projects.
• Evaluate, synthesize, organize, and interpret business data and information.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to clients and project teams.
• Apply AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders while developing technical, professional, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, project management, supply chain, or another relevant business discipline.
• Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of the internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and analytical ability.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools and technical proficiency relevant to the assigned capability area.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with foundational knowledge of accounting, finance, or organizational operations.
