2027 Transaction Advisory Services Consulting Intern

Location: United States; principally in-person across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. The role includes local, national, and occasional international travel.

Salary: $33.00–$36.00 per hour in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts.

What you will do

• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyouts.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses to support acquisition decisions.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with senior management to gather and assess information.
• Assist with developing and reviewing financial reports covering historical earnings and assets and liabilities to be acquired.
• Help prepare proposals and engagement letters.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Detail-oriented approach with leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week when required and travel locally, nationally, and occasionally internationally.
