Technology Supervisor (Insurance)

Location: Bloomington, IL, United States

Salary: $113,200–$155,650 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the development, design, and optimization of Personal Lines application development platforms.
• Analyze, select, modify, and support enterprise systems and application software.
• Manage network hardware and software installation, database management, budgets, schedules, and feasibility studies.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop technology personnel.
• Plan and maintain disaster recovery, backup, information security, and control structures.
• Define information systems strategies, audit system application, and coordinate projects within the assigned area.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Experience with information systems, application development platforms, enterprise systems, and database management.
• Knowledge of information security, disaster recovery, backup procedures, and financial planning.
• Leadership experience supporting personnel and technology operations.
