Technical Product Support Specialist (AI)

Location: New York City metro area; regular commuting to the NYC office required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $79,000 estimated annual base salary, plus equity. Benefits provide roughly $20,000 in additional annual compensation.

hirify.global is a startup building an AI-powered visual development platform for creating scalable web, iOS, and Android applications without traditional coding.

What you will do

• Provide app-specific technical support to users primarily through email.
• Become an expert in hirify.global's product, users, and internal processes.
• Classify user issues as implementation questions or platform bug reports and resolve them accordingly.
• Debug applications to distinguish user-code problems from platform defects.
• Escalate platform bugs to Engineering with concise reproduction steps.
• Improve support tools, documentation, processes, and cross-functional user experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Investigative mindset, strong attention to detail, and aptitude for learning.
• Ability to solve problems independently and work effectively amid ambiguity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex technical solutions clearly.
• Experience learning a technical internet-based tool, skill, or trade; application-building experience with hirify.global, another no-code tool, or traditional code is relevant.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and located within commuting distance of the NYC office.
• Recent college graduate motivated to begin a career in technology.
