Technical Support Engineer

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; onsite at the Utah headquarters

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve product bugs, using AI to create and merge pull requests.
• Own designated products from a technical perspective and serve as an escalation point for customer issues.
• Vet product-related issues, resolve escalated cases, and maintain accountability to established service-level agreements.
• Build feedback loops with Product and share organized qualitative and quantitative customer data.
• Create internal documentation for products and processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Engineering to improve customer experience and product quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical or product support roles.
• Customer-first mindset with strong empathy, ownership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and triaging customer issues, feature requests, or product escalations.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies, including APIs, web services, and JSON.
• Comfort with scripting or debugging tools and working with multiple AI agents.
• Ability to improve processes, identify gaps, propose solutions, and operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
