Annual salary: $50,000–$55,000

hirify.global develops medical devices, software, and services for patients with serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions, including wearable defibrillators and heart failure monitoring systems.

What you will do

  • Visit hospitals, physician offices, and other healthcare establishments to support the continued provision of hirify.global medical devices.
  • Review patient care plans, transitions of care, reorder documentation, and potential end-of-use cases to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, office staff, hirify.global territory and regional managers, National Accounts, payers, and internal departments.
  • Manage documentation and follow-up processes to prevent service delays and improve reimbursement and claims billing yield.
  • Educate hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements and workflows.
  • Maintain performance metrics and support departmental projects and special assignments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and sales experience is required.
  • Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments, collecting documentation, and interacting with providers and patients.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to plan proactively, work autonomously, multitask, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA, and strong organizational skills.
  • Approximately 80% travel within the assigned geography; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or medical device experience in clinical or billing functions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
