TL;DR

Location: Roanoke, Virginia, United States; field-based position with daily work in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments within an assigned territory

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually

What you will do

  • Visit customers and healthcare accounts to ensure continuity of clinically appropriate hirify.global device services.
  • Analyze patient plans of care, transitions, reorder documentation, and potential end-of-use cases to advise providers and office staff.
  • Coordinate follow-up with internal departments, including National Accounts, to improve payer-related processes and reimbursement efficiency.
  • Process required documentation, manage payer requirements, and improve claims billing yield within the assigned geography.
  • Educate hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements and workflows.
  • Support departmental projects, maintain performance metrics, and follow healthcare regulations including HIPAA.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
  • Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments, collecting documentation, and interacting with providers and patients.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to plan proactively, work autonomously, prioritize multiple objectives, and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work approximately 80% within the assigned field territory and occasionally work evenings or weekends.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or medical device experience in clinical or billing operations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
