Location: Ships Landing; onsite in the office five days per week. Frequent, regular travel to grading centers is required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, validated through e-Verify.
Salary: $165,000–$180,000 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and marketplace services for collectible trading cards, autographs, comics, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.
What you will do
- Lead onsite fulfillment and outbound logistics across all grading centers, including storage, sortation, and shipping.
- Scale operations from thousands to tens of thousands of unique items annually through capacity planning, workflow design, staffing, and technology support.
- Own safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service KPIs while establishing operating mechanisms and review cadences.
- Coordinate production planning and translate priorities into executable plans for multiple integrated teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardize processes to increase throughput, efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Partner with Grading Operations, Product, Engineering, Facilities, Customer Support, and People teams; manage site risk, budgets, leadership development, and implementation decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operational and leadership experience as a general manager or operations director in light manufacturing, warehousing, or fulfillment-center environments.
- Proven ability to improve production, logistics, quality, customer-care delivery, turnaround times, and operational performance at scale.
- Experience designing, testing, implementing, and standardizing process improvements that increase speed, consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into local operating plans and lead through subordinate managers across multiple departments.
- Data-driven, decisive, collaborative, and change-management oriented, with a strong process and continuous-improvement focus.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in the office, travel regularly to grading centers, and work legally in the United States.
