Personal Production Assistant Sr (Mortgage)

Location: Orlando, FL; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support for sales functions and one or more mortgage loan officers.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
• Advise clients on bank products and services and make routine decisions when an officer is unavailable.
• Set up files, order titles and appraisals, analyze appraisals, and review titles.
• Prepare, validate, and submit loan files for underwriting while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Close loans and ensure loan files comply with Huntington and investor guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Registration and additional qualifications are required because the position is considered a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
