Senior Analyst, Health Economics Market Access (HEMA) Surgery, France (H/F) (MedTech)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; preferred location Paris, France. Highly qualified candidates located anywhere in France may be considered.

Salary: €58,900–€96,485 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing Surgery portfolios in France.
• Develop, adapt, and locally approve health economics and market access tools that translate complex evidence into clear sales messages.
• Build relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, governmental bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide health economic input into evidence-generation strategies, value-based procurement, value-based agreements, and other commercial initiatives.
• Partner with clinical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver reimbursement and health economic tools to customers, including through field engagement.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, public health, economics, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of health technology assessment and health economics principles, healthcare systems, and payer processes.
• More than two years of experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize clinical and health economic evidence for non-clinical stakeholders and manage complex projects to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience engaging with payers and using healthcare system database sources.
• Experience overcoming market access challenges and developing business cases, value briefs, and value propositions.
• Experience delivering reimbursement and HTA information to sales and marketing teams.
