Business Support Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support planning, forecasting, budgeting, Latest Estimates, and Strategic Plan processes.
• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and ad-hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity, master data structures, user access, security roles, and data quality across reporting platforms and business applications.
• Automate recurring reporting and business processes using Power BI, Power Query, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Excel/VBA.
• Provide structured reporting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams while supporting digital transformation initiatives and end-user training.

Requirements

• Master’s degree at Bac+5 level or higher in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Fluent English and French required.
• At least 5 years of experience in an international industrial environment, with substantial exposure to data analytics and reporting.
• Strong experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL Server, T-SQL, relational database design, data warehousing, ETL, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, commercial processes, and financial and operational KPIs; occasional travel in Europe is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Logility, SSRS, or Python.
• Knowledge of German, Spanish, or Italian.
