Marketing (B2B) Summer Intern 2027

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; full-time hybrid arrangement with one remote day per week. Relocation is required if located more than 50 miles from the work location.

What you will do

• Support strategic marketing projects within the Industrial Products, Agricultural Products, or Consumer Products business units.
• Conduct research and analyze internal and external data to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to improve customer experience, grow business strategies, and create process efficiencies.
• Learn marketing systems, internal applications, and current process flows.
• Communicate with customers, leaders, and department teams.
• Identify and implement new process flows or process automations.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship, including H-1B, STEM OPT/CPT, or TN status.
• At least 18 years old upon hire.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field at an accredited university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Less than three years of professional work experience, excluding internships, part-time jobs, and work completed while pursuing a degree.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, clear communication, adaptability, and resilience.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing, industrial engineering, business, or supply chain.
• Leadership experience in a campus, community, or extracurricular organization.
• Degree focus in B2B Marketing or Industrial Engineering.
