Summer 2027 Brand Management Internship (1Y MBA)

Location: Ewing, New Jersey, USA; 10 weeks during summer 2027 with a flexible hybrid schedule and office attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Join a brand team and own business-building projects addressing current business needs.
• Develop business strategies using market analysis, market research, and brand insights.
• Support innovation and creative development for leading consumer brands.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and external agencies.
• Use Circana, Numerator, and Walmart Scintilla analytics platforms.
• Present work to senior leaders and gain exposure to manufacturing facilities and agency partners.

Requirements

• First-year, full-time MBA student, ideally with a marketing concentration.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Ability to commit to 10 weeks in Ewing, New Jersey during summer 2027.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and business skills.
• Ability to analyze and simplify data, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• U.S. work authorization is required; eligible candidates include U.S. citizens, green card holders, and permanent residents.
