Senior Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Design and maintain the infrastructure layer for onboarding flows, referral systems, and user acquisition pipelines.
• Investigate reliability incidents affecting growth surfaces end-to-end and prevent recurring failure modes.
• Review pull requests for infrastructure soundness, scalability, and high-traffic risks.
• Instrument data pipelines to identify bottlenecks and failure points before production incidents.
• Coordinate decisions about hardening existing systems versus shipping new capabilities.
• Set infrastructure standards and clarify boundaries across ambiguous systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience, including ownership of production systems.
• Experience shipping systems under real user-growth pressure.
• Ability to own systems end-to-end and make decisions independently.
• Experience proactively reducing incidents and identifying bottlenecks in data pipelines or user-facing flows.
• Strong judgment when balancing shipping velocity and correctness.

Nice to have

• Experience building growth infrastructure such as referral systems, onboarding flows, or user acquisition tooling.
• Experience in small, high-autonomy engineering teams.
