Head of ASC Consulting (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, Dallas, TX; travel up to 70% based on client and business needs.

What you will do

• Own the strategic direction, growth, and financial performance of the ASC consulting service line.
• Develop new client relationships, repeat engagements, referrals, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead and participate in consulting engagements covering ASC strategy, operations, development, financial analysis, compliance, performance improvement, turnarounds, and licensing.
• Build relationships with healthcare executives, ASC operators, physicians, private equity stakeholders, and health systems.
• Represent hirify.global as a senior ASC subject matter expert through conferences, publications, speaking engagements, and professional organizations.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the ASC consulting team while managing budgets, fee schedules, engagement economics, and service line performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery environment.
• Healthcare consulting experience with a record of selling and delivering consulting engagements.
• Experience leading ASC operations, strategy, development, or other significant areas of ASC performance.
• Experience developing senior-level client and industry relationships and leading healthcare client engagements.
• Strong understanding of ASC operations, industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, business development, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Active Registered Nurse license or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with private equity-backed or hospital-backed ASCs.
• Experience with ASC development, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, or strategic transactions.
• Experience working with private equity investors, health systems, physician groups, or other ASC stakeholders.
• CASC, CIC, CAIP, or CNOR certification, an established ASC industry network, or recognized subject matter expertise.
