Principal - Healthcare Provider

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid work combining work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices; travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Shape and execute the strategy for the Provider practice within the Health Plan and Provider senior leadership team.
• Lead prospecting and business development across hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with healthcare provider executives and expand long-term client partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional consulting teams and deliver engagements within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Develop offerings focused on care delivery transformation, value-based care, and operational optimization.
• Build the Provider practice through recruiting, mentoring, capability expansion, industry events, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare management, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or leadership roles within health plans.
• Deep knowledge of the health plan and healthcare provider industries, with an established network of executive relationships.
• Demonstrated success in business development, revenue generation, and delivery of high-quality projects within budget.
• Executive-level presence, strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; willingness to travel is required.
