Deal Services – Value Acceleration Solutions Associate – Fall 2027

Location: New York, United States; local and national travel of up to 40% required.

Compensation: $73,920–$88,200 annually.

What you will do

• Support private equity and corporate clients with revenue synergy, cost synergy, and cost takeout analyses for acquisitions and integrations.
• Analyze complex data and prepare concise, decision-ready outputs for synergy and cost takeout quantification.
• Assess carve-out businesses, including operating structures, headcount, costs, and separation implications.
• Develop standalone headcount and cost models across functional areas for integration, separation, and value realization planning.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans for post-merger integration and separation management office workstreams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions while coordinating updates and reporting across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Understanding of corporate functions and revenue, cost, and operational performance drivers.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 40% and access to reliable transportation as needed.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred.
• Entry-level applicants requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible.
