Security Officer Field

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $22.25–$31.15 per hour

What you will do

• Protect individuals and property from injury, criminal acts, and unauthorized access.
• Patrol premises and personnel areas while monitoring surveillance equipment and access points.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and alarming behavior.
• Prepare reports documenting observations, occurrences, information, and surveillance activity.
• Provide cargo screening when assigned and respond to emergency situations.

Requirements

• Two years of college or equivalent education.
• Two years of experience in law enforcement, military service, or security, or a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete required training programs and maintain a valid driver's license for operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to remain alert, work safely, lift 50 pounds, and maneuver heavier packages with appropriate equipment or assistance.
